| Blackhawk 5012 Liquid Asphalt Coating Winter Grade is a liquefied asphalt dampproofing formulated to be easily applied by roller, brush, or spray equipment. It is used as a primer on concrete surfaces to receive Blackhawk 5401 Pipe Joint Mastic or as a coating. It dries to a tough, durable, and water-deterring layer, and can be effectively applied in colder temperature conditions below 40°F (4°C). |
